Dato’ Mustafa Abdul Rahman now 58 years old, was born in Kampung Sungai Rengas, Kuala Terengganu. He has graduated from Kolej Islam Malaya, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and University of St. Andrews Scotland, United Kingdom.

Dato’ Mustafa has the experience working at Bahagian Penyelidikan Pusat Islam (1985-1989) and Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (1989). He was the Director of Bahagian Penyelidikan, JAKIM and Director of Bahagian Kajian Makanan dan Barangan Gunaan Islam JAKIM from 1998 until 2003.  His last service in JAKIM was as JAKIM Chief Director until 2007.

He is now the Chairman of PPZ.

Dato’ Haji Wan Zahidi now 65 years old, was born in Grik, Perak Darul Ridzuan. He possesses a bachelor degree in Syariah from Al Azhar University, Egypt (1971). A year later, he obtained a Diploma in General Education from Ain Syam University, Cairo, Egypt. In 1974, he graduated from Al Azhar University, Egypt with Master (MA) in Usul Fiqh.

He was a lecturer in Syariah Department of National University of Malaysia (1982-1986/1988-1993). Then from 1993 until 1994, he worked as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law for International Islamic University Malaysia. In 2000, he became a consultant of Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah (YADIM). Dato’ Haji Wan Zahidi then held the position of Rector of Kolej Islam Darul Ridzuan from 2002 until 2004.

He is a committee member of Jawatankuasa Fatwa Majlis Kebangsaan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Malaysia. Currently he is holding the position of Sahibul Samahah Mufti Wilayah Persekutuan.

Dato' Che Mat Che AliDato' Che Mat Che AliY. Bhg. Dato' Haji Che Mat Bin Che Ali, 55 years old, holds a Bachelor Degree in Syariah and Diploma in Education from National University of Malaysia.

His career started as the Assistant Director of islamic Research from 1978 until 1982. He then served as Religion Attache at Malaysian Embassy indonesia (1982-1986), Chief Assistant Director at Bahagian Hal Ehwal Islam (BAHEIS) (1986-1987), Pusat Penyelidikan Islam BAHEIS (1987-1996) and Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (1998-2002). Dato' Haji Che Mat had held the position of Director in Bahagian Penyelarasan Penguatkuasaan Undang-Undang JAKIM (2002-2003) and Bahagian Pembangunan Keluarga, Sosial dan Pengurusan Masjid (KESUMA) (2004-2005).

He is now the Director of Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan and Secretary of Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan.

He has served with PUSRAWI (Pusat Rawatan Islam) since 03/12/2004 until now.
