| Able to opt for self assessment to calculate zakat amount. | |
| Obtain receipt immediately after making payment at the counter. | |
| Obtain receipt within 14 days from the date when the customers sent their payment through mail. | |
| Customer detail information are confidential. | |
| Receive yearly collection statistic. |
Customer Responsibilities
| Provide information that are related to zakat calculation. | |
| Provide the correct information. | |
| Provide information when it is time to pay zakat (nisab and haul are reached). | |
| Pay zakat when the time comes, as soon as possible. | |
| Pay zakat on behalf of your dependants (if zakat fitrah). | |
| Remind friends and relatives about the zakat obligation. |
